Noëmi Peeters is a Belgium-based makeup artist working across fashion, TV, movies, editorial and commercial projects. Known for clean skin-focused looks as well as creative editorial work, she has experience working in fast-paced backstage environments and on set with Key make-up artists, photographers, designers and creative teams.
